KK&P flies with ' Whitened Crow'

Independent financier and production company Kerry, Kimmel and Pollack has acquired feature film privileges to Marcus Sedgwick's novel "Whitened Crow" and can co-finance and co-produce the image.Mental thriller focuses on a 16 year-old girl who moves to some sleepy seaside town having a deadly past, and finds out what's on the other hand of dying.KK&P's Boss Michael Pollack and prexy Mark Morgan ("The Twilight Saga") will produce with Brett Hudson and Kami Garcia. Production is skedded to begin in fall 2012 on Isle of Guy, situated inside the Uk.Sedgwick continues to be nominated for that Carnegie Medal, an Edgar Allan Poe award, and also the Protector Children's Book Prize.KK&P's newest project is "Quattrocento," an individually-funded miniseries that's presently in prep in Budapest.
