What is the name of this movie?

I think it starts out with a girl and her cat sitting by the pool, and
then something happens (cant really remember), but someone kills the
girl, and then when the cat walks near the water, a hand reaches out
and pulls the cat under.
Just really curious what it is, cuz i can only remember this scene!
